1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Macroware services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Macroware is a software hub that adds quality-of-life features to supported online experiences, like tracking resources, monitoring progress, and customizing how information is displayed. Customers receive a license key that unlocks these features in our dashboard.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you understand:

• We cannot be held liable for anything that happens as a result of using our tools. They should be supervised by humans at all times.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Sharing, reselling, or renting your premium key
• Attempting to bypass our security measures
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All purchases made through our platform include a 14-day refund window in accordance with Paddle's consumer protection requirements. Customers are eligible for a refund if the purchase occurred through Paddle and one of the following is met:

• The digital license key has not been activated
• The customer is unable to access or use the features described at the time of purchase, and the issue cannot be resolved through support

Because our product is a digitally delivered software service, activation of the license key constitutes full delivery of the product. Once a license key has been activated, customers acknowledge that their right to a refund is waived.

To request a refund, contact our support team through Discord or email (support@macroware.cc) within 14 days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will work perfectly at all times. We try to maintain high uptime and frequent updates, but things happen.

If you have a temporary premium key with us and experience interruptions with our services due to fault of our own (website downtime, LuArmor downtimes), you can contact our support team for an extension on your key for the duration of our down period. Downtime not a result of our service directly are not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Macroware shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services, including purchase information and basic usage statistics. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
